All predictions, projections, grades, analytics, and other content made available through the Service are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, and are delivered without guarantee of financial gain.

SportsPredict, LLC is not a sportsbook and does not accept, place, or facilitate real-money bets, wagers, or paid contests. We do not endorse or promote any specific sportsbook or gambling operator.

SportsPredict, LLC is not responsible for any betting, wagering, or financial decisions you make, and any such decisions are made solely at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. To place a wager with any third-party sportsbook, you must meet the applicable legal minimum age — generally 21+ in the United States and 18+ in Canada — and comply with all laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any related activity is lawful where you reside.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, resell, or redistribute Service content without authorization;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the Service;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure; or
• circumvent any access, usage, or security controls.

The Service and all associated content, models, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by SportsPredict, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, data providers, or sportsbooks. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, not ours.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that predictions or data are accurate, complete, or will produce any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsPredict, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from betting or wagering decisions, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SportsPredict, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland — the state in which SportsPredict, LLC is organized — and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
